It was a huge, wonderful Poffertjes week for us at the Northwest Washington Fair. The weather was perfect and we made lots of Poffertjes!

We just had these for the first time last night and they are to die for!! I was searching for recipes and such to make them myself and I found your site here!! You guys are the best!! Are you local so we can come and get them from you? How do we get them when the fair's not here?
