So we had a little panty theme for this bridal shower...

...and had so much fun!

Hello Balloon!!

Tonite this amazing hot air balloon came right over our house. Gary heard the big whoosh of the burner as it lifted from the trees just in front of our house. The boys happened to be here and got to see it.

It was so close we could talk to them as they drifted by. The balloon was amazingly beautiful against the perfectly blue summer sky.

Taryn made a bed out on the deck on this beautiful summer nite and enjoyed a spectacular view of the nite sky

Sunset on Eagle Ridge West

Gary takes every opportunity he has to run out to the property and catch another sunset on Eagle Ridge. His pick-up is even equipped with lawn chairs just for that. It is always a spectacular view on a clear summer nite. We dream of living out here some day.

Berry Picking

Picked raspberries tonite at Ran & Les's with Britt and Shana. So much fun! Then grabbed a few handful's of blueberries at Larry and Erin's for blueberry pancakes in the morning. Ya gotta love this time of year!

Raspberry Festival

Brandon & Greta were given the premier location to sell Poffertjes at the Raspberry Festival in Lynden this year! The weather was perfect and it was a great event.

4th on the 5th

This year we celebrated the 4th on the 5th at Ry & Traci's. Lor, Ed and fam were here with us from new Jersey which was such a blast. Sweetest kids ever...and they've really grown since they were last here.

Can't remember the name of this game Tim made up, but everyone sure had fun playing it!

When it got a bit cool we brot out every quilt in Traci's house. It worked great for the fireworks extravaganza...

...which was all a bit much for the sensitive ears of Isaiah. No worries, he found some ear plugs and a great seat by the window to watch from the house. He also invited Uncle Ryan to have a seat and join him for the finale. Too cute!!

Cinnamon Roll's For Scottland!

Went to a very special block party fundraiser for Mike & Jae Libolt tonite with Mom at Jerry & Joyce's. At the auction a pan Mom's cinnamon rolls sold for $450 and the other pan for $300. I was so proud of her! I can only imagine how much Daddy would have enjoyed that.
Butch's band provided entertainment after the auction. What a great nite!
