So here I am sitting in the Hondo (obviously a bit bored) waiting for the sixteen year old...who is late! Where am I waiting for her? St. Clair Park in Bellingham. She met her new friend Ty here so he could show her around Whatcom Falls Park.
I remember St. Clair Park. One of our first dates is connected to this park. Gary & I doubled with our good friend Scott Pitman and some girl. (I really can't remember who...but Scott sometimes reads my blog from Arkansas and he may just comment and remind me) We were all goofing off on the playground equipment which apparently is not here any more and Scott slid down a fire pole and somehow broke his ankle. So we all eneded our date at the emergency room!
